Senior Pastor and Co-Pastor
The Kingdom of Alpha New Beginnings Ministry was birthed through the faithful vision and calling of our founding pastors. After dedicating many years as associate ministers at The Rock Worship Center under the leadership of Bishop T. C. Holmes, they embraced a divine invitation to step boldly into the role of senior pastors.
With over 40 years of marriage and a lifetime of ministry experience, they have walked together in love, purpose, and unwavering commitment to serving God’s people. Their journey began humbly—hosting the first church gatherings within their own home. Though the initial year brought both triumphs and trials, their deep passion and steadfast calling continued to guide each step.
They are blessed with three devoted adult children, a beloved son-in-law, and a cherished granddaughter, and they remain pillars of faith, wisdom, and grace within the Kingdom community.
WAYNE AND DEBRA MARSH
Wayne and Debra Marsh, longtime residents of the Mineral Springs/Waxhaw area, have shared 35 beautiful years of marriage. Together, they’ve raised six children (one now resting in peace), and their legacy continues through 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Wayne Marsh has devoted over four decades to music ministry, using his God-given talents to inspire and uplift the Kingdom. His passion for worship and service resonates through every note he plays.
Debra Marsh has been faithfully serving in ministry for more than 25 years. Her heart for helping others shines in everything she does. In 2025, she was honored as Union County Woman of the Year for her exceptional dedication to community service. One of her favorite expressions captures her spirit perfectly: "I GET to serve God's people!"
Together, Wayne and Debra—alongside Debra’s brother—founded Kingdom Citizen’s Outreach Ministry (KCOM). This mobile outreach initiative is committed to reaching underserved communities with compassion, clothing, and nourishment. KCOM is more than a ministry—it’s a movement of love in action.
